The urge to sing a 3 part harmony of Let Us Adore You is strong. Calling my choir friends, we will cook.

Next morning, still quite upset honestly. I came to the realization last night Moon might've thought my friend wasn't a real person and I was lying. I can assure you, she is very real. 5 minutes on my toyhouse and you could find the art shes done for me. I'm just tired.

jmgrule @jmgrule.bsky.social · 23/04/2026

I want to make it very clear, this never was about me. I'm just upset. Im tired, and wanting to just be left alone. My friend never needed to be involved, and when she was? She was completely ignored, and it felt as if I was the problem. That she never existed.

Neither of us even knew about the fact it was a part of a species/series. I understand you wanted to "do this privately" but I just can't. If you want to cause problems with me, go ahead. But this didn't just freak me out, it freaked out one of my best friends, and I can't stand for that.

I was put in a situation trying to explain I didn't own the character anymore, and my friend did. Honestly, I would have preferred if you had reached out through our mutual friend. This put not only stress on me, but my friend. Who freaked the moment I told her about the message.

jmgrule @jmgrule.bsky.social · 23/04/2026

I had mentioned over and over in the messages it was not my choice on what happened. And yet you still were trying to compensate me, saying you'd do art for them, our mutual friend would do art, etc etc. That wasn't the point. The entire point was it wasn't my character.

To then be messaged by someone who I had been told HATED me was incredibly uncomfortable. I get wanting your designs back, I really do. But I had actively told our mutual friend I did not want to be associated with moon even before this.

While I normally want to stay out of this, I feel its important to say this. I got this design for one of my best friends who means a lot to me. The friend was super happy getting the character and actively told me how much it meant to her.

Of course many of you following me here do remember how to play. But watching my friends who hadn't played in years, many of them had no idea how to use PACIFY, that you can spare enemies on the same turn, how to skip text, etc.
