Hey @nytimes.com notice the laugh reacts in your story about a whistleblower in Duterte's mass murdering regime. This phenomenon is common in the PH. Any criticism directed to the macho fascist will be deluged by an onslaught of bots (we call them trolls) and the occasional loyal syncophant.
