Copychat now includes an MCP server, so your AI assistants can quickly copy/paste source code and text. I find it especially useful for asking Claude to write stuff directly to the clipboard. Just add `uvx copychat mcp` as a new MCP server in your favorite client!

Speaking of testing MCP servers... FastMCP just crossed a milestone with over 1,000 unit tests! That gives us the confidence to move fast *without* breaking things. The entire official MCP Python SDK, including FastMCP 1.0, only has about 350 tests...

My Copychat utility automatically copies source code files to your clipboard in an LLM-friendly format, and I just updated it to load GitHub issues and PRs from a URL, including file diffs. To try it without installing, just run: uvx copychat <whatever you want to copy>

Small-but-impactful QOL improvement suggested by a user: MCP resource templates can now include wildcard parameters, making it easy to load paths as parameters. Here's a resource template that can read any user-provided Python file in the src/ directory.
