Sketch comm for @jlobuizel.bsky.social! I had a lot of fun with this one. First time in a while I get to work on something that's more detailed in terms of character design

A world so familiar-but so alien. Unorthodox, and strange. The world didn't end... it changed. Different World (Vol. 1)- currently in development, and is expected to release at some point this year in 2026. Artwork for Different World © Jordan Lopez 2026 — All rights reserved.

Different World is a post-apocalyptic, dystopian, science fiction story with sprinkles of cosmic horror. The Void didn't destroy the world... it changed it. Volume One is currently in the works right now. Artwork for Different World © Jordan Lopez 2026 — All rights reserved.

Character concept art for my original dystopian illustrated novel project: Different World. BUDDY's are furry robot companions that assist scrappers in void-contaminated areas. © Jordan Lopez (JLoBuizel) — Different World Please do not use my characters or repost without my permission.
