Hear me out. Musk is a naturalized citizen. If he's arrested, Trump can pardon him, but Google tells me a pardon doesn't expunge the record. The crimes that Musk is committing fall under deportation criteria. Yes, it's a stretch, but why not just go ahead and arrest him and get it on his record?

I would've included black and brown men in this image if I had created it, but I still hope people won't be bullied into resigning. It will be a difficult personal decision for each individual to make, but until it's legally sound, I hope people don't get screwed over by taking the "offer."

Chat w friend abroad. She and her husband had a talk w their 13yo son about how some of his friends at school whose parents are with USAID are going through a lot now and have to go back to the US sooner than planned. Son asks Dad if this could happen to them, too. Dad realized he couldn't say no.

I fell under a policy of mandatory retirement at 65 y.o. when I worked for the govt., yet those in Congress can stay on as long as they're able to cling to their seats. We need term limits. There's no shame in aging, but there's shame in greed and being power hungry. Or there certainly should be.

In the meantime, Canada has already pulled U.S.-made products from their shelves. I'm guessing they haven't put them back, but even if they have, Canadians are going to spend their hard-earned money on Canadian-made products and boycott ours. And I don't blame them one bit.

"Oh, the irony" is spot on. And I'm certainly no lawyer, but I've seen tons of official government documents (federal employee, now retired) and this looks like something AI created. Where are the drafters' names, clearances, logos, even official stationery? Feds, hold the line, don't resign!

Oh, hell, yes. I fully support this, too. First of all, the Republicans have done this in the past and held up nominees for months on end. Secondly, I support anything that will keep Kimberly Guilfoyle out of the U.S. Embassy in Athens for as long as possible. Forever would be cool.
