I've been considering redesigning the characters in *Aww, Feathers!* to lean more into the traits of their individual species. I started by experimenting with Ine over the weekend, and honestly, I REALLY like how it turned out! #art #furryArt

Ine, the anthro lizard with green scales, light purple stripes, long fingers and toes, and red feathers on his head and tail. He's PG-nude and smiling and waving.

Ine again, in the same pose from before but this time wearing a purple t-shirt, light blue shorts with a short tail-sleeve, and a dark gray pouch around the base of his tail.

It's #ThrowbackThursday! I did this sketch of Ine's face years ago, but it was significant because it represented a breakthrough in my understanding of how to construct his face. In particular I used to struggle with the relative placement of his brow ridge and forehead. #art #furryArt

Lately I've been experiencing some new feelings regarding my gender identity, and I've been exploring them a little bit through art. I've done so with Eli, and it felt natural to do so with Ine as well. I'm still coalescing on what my identity is. jlarkstories.com/blog/art/the-l… #art #furryArt

Ine, an anthro lizard with green scales and red featheres on his head, wearing a purple t-shirt and blue jeans, and standing in front of a full-length mirror. His reflection looks like him, except female, wearing a pink tank top and gray leggings, with breasts and long eyelashes. Ine and his reflection both reach a hand to touch the glass of the mirror.

A character I made for Species Change Week back in 2020. It's my large lad, Sashimi the crocodile! He represents the love of good food and the ability to be active and healthy, regardless of your size! 🍕😍🐊 Art by Shastos jlarkstories.com/blog/guest-art… #furry #furryArt

One more #ArtFight attack I was a part of this year. @swdesigns.bsky.social surprised me by including Mally in this scene, along with a bunch of others! She sure as heck isn't going to let the pup get away with that traffic cone! 😂 jlarkstories.com/blog/guest-art… #furry #furryArt #animation

A short animated sequence in which Scout, the blue wolf pup, is walking down a sidewalk smirking while holding a traffic cone, when suddenly a voice calls out "Hey!" and he suddenly takes off running as a large group of characters (including Mally, the blue hummingbird) chases after him. At the end, a yellow cow sticks their head out a shop door but then hastily ducks back inside to avoid being hit by a ball of trash thrown at them by a small purple protogen that pops out of a manhole.
