The Montana Supreme Court issued a long-awaited opinion in MAID v. Montana, upholding the Montana Land Use Planning Act in its entirety, and vacating some of the conclusions of the district court. A big win for housing in Montana. @shelterwf.bsky.social #mtpol #mtleg 1/

Alison Luchs, who has worked at the National Gallery of Art for 47 years, agreed to learn Gen Z slang and make videos because she wanted to raise interest in the museum’s art. She never expected to slay. wapo.st/45BXc3S

Appellant Iron Bar Holdings, LLC, owns a checkerboarded ranch in southcentral Wyoming. Enmeshed within its holdings are federal and state public plats.
The only way to access the federal or state land, other than aircraft, is by cornercrossing.

Anyone familiar with the game checkers can visualize this corner-crossing
problem: to move diagonally across the board, a piece must momentarily occupy the
space on and above the opponent’s squares. If the opposing player could foreclose
that move, the opponent would be unable to travel the board.
Iron Bar seeks to prevent elk hunters, like Appellees, from corner-crossing

I had a conversation with a real-life, college educated person yesterday who is absolutely convinced that Trump and Musk are going to expose not only fraud, but also "the pedos" and that they are all going to be hung. It is just unbelievably incoherent.

100%. Also, does anyone know who made this? Because I included it in a legal brief I filed on Friday.
Sad-looking guy with no microphone with a caption "I can't find a place to live" next to a woman with dozens of microphones saying "Once I had to park two doors down."

The Montana Constitution says: "Section 3. INALIENABLE RIGHTS. All persons are born free and have certain inalienable rights. They include the right to a clean and healthful environment..." The Montana Supreme Court is simply applying the plain language of the Montana Constitution, as it should.
