Struggling through #pride month. The news, the Christian voices, etc. all offering hate. The hardest part is the family committing support like they're Aaron Rodgers talking about a vaccine. It's both transparent and intentionally deceiving. That hits the hardest. #gay #lgbtqia #queer

Made and burnt my first #caramel today. Tried some salted caramel #brownies today from a gbbo book. My family is trying to surgically remove the caramel. #baking #amateurbaker #gbbo #nailedit

Would you tear and share with me? I made #chelseabuns tonight. Just spice filling with apricot glaze. From #backyardchef on YouTube. #baking #bread #yeast #amateurbaker #homebaker #gaybaker #gbbo #nailedit

A few birthday bake leftover ingredients became mango jam filled biscuits. #cookies #baking #amateurbaking #amateurbaker #homebaker #gaybaker #jam

Another post. A magical night. Thank you #kylieminogue for a night of singing, dancing, and love. I didn't know how much I needed this.

My little gay heart was overflowing with joy last night thanks to #kylieminogue and #ritaora on the #tensiontour25 stop in Austin. A night of singing and dancing in a space where we were all welcome. I needed this so much. What an amazing night! #justicefortaboo

I have my own variation of #vanilla #buttercream that I use on #cupcakes. It's light, fluffy, flavorful, and not overwhelmingly sweet like a traditional American buttercream. It's what dreams are made of. #baking #homebaker #amateurbaking #gaybaker #frosting #amateurbaker

"I've never had frosting taste like a Wendy's Frosty before". What a compliment! These #vanilla #cupcakes with my milk #chocolate buttercream area pretty delish. #baking #amateurbaker #homebaker #gaybaker #cupcake #cake #wendys #frosty

And for this year's birthday the request was #redvelvet #cupcakes with #creamcheesefrosting so of course I obliged. He didn't want them. #amateurbaking #homebaker #gaybaker #baking

Last year, I was asked to make a #henryvacuum #cake for my son's birthday. It was even on wheels! He ate a store bought cookie instead. #baking #amateurbaker #homebaker #gaybaker #neumatic #fondant #nailedit #spicecake

In lead up to my son's birthday, remembering the time he asked for a #SpongeBob #cake and so that's what I made. He ate a store bought cookie instead. #baking #amateurbaker #homebaker #gaybaker #bakingsky

Took out a loan for some eggs for this. Fresh fruit. Vanilla pastry cream. Loving my tart pan. #tart #amateurbaker #baking #homebaker #gaybaker

More #pride through #baking with this fruit tart. Vanilla pastry cream and a shortbread crust round this out. Now that I have a proper tart pan, I'll need to give this another attempt. #gaybaker #amateurbaker #lgbtq #tart

A simple #chocolate #tart today. Some cream and berries would be nice but now that we've decided to dehumanize/deport our already exploited migrant farm workers as well as tariff our trading partners, fruit seems like it's becoming a luxury. But fruit is masculine anyway. #amateurbaker #baking

Some Millionaire Shortbread. Don't worry! It doesn't contain actual millionaires. Why eat the rich when we should tax them? . #baking #amateurbaker #gaybaker

A display of #pride I baked a bit ago. I tried to include the colors of a more inclusive pride flag in the buttercream with #trans support in my layers. Feels relevant to share again. . #baking #amateurbaker #cake #gaypride #transpride #queer
