Somewhere recently I shifted from being the person who changed out of my jammies into loose pants and oversized shirt, to the person who just puts on a sweater over the jammies, which are basically loose pants and an oversized shirt to begin with. I’m not sure if this is decline or evolution.

Watched Wake Up Dead Man A Knives Out Mystery. Absolutely loved it, start to finish. SOLVED the puzzle right up front, held my belief through the rest of the twists, and was vindicated in the end. I don’t get to feel smarter than my family very often, so this was a nice way to start the year. 😆

Just made a grilled cheese sandwich with truffle garlic aioli instead of mayo (because it's what I have) and dill havarti cheese (because it's what I have). Thought it might be weird. It was not. Feel like I've leveled up. Basic grilled cheese is always nice, but this was an exceptional sandwich.👍

STORYTIME: I want to hear about people's most memorable Thanksgivings. Mine: the year I couldn't go home & stayed in Chicago to make dinner for two Australian friends who wanted to experience an American Thanksgiving. They were my sous chefs, I called my mom a lot, there was much wine. Lovely.
