sent an email explaining my disgust and reason for cancelling, got this back. my second reply. I really can not understand why they're doing this. the stated reasoning doesn't make sense and is the most mealymouthed bullshit I can imagine. (yes I know I used "as noted" twice. haven't had coffee)
