The Tampa Bay Rays have had the Worst Stadium in the MLB in the 21st Century but have made the Playoffs 10 Times. The Pirates have had one of the best stadiums in the MLB and have made the playoffs in the 21st Century 3 Times. What Pirate Fans say? 82 and 80 is a Good Year.
