My 88 year old mother lives in upstate NY, she got her “capped budget price” for upcoming heating season…$5.39 a gallon. The day she received it the price that day (last week) it fuel oil cost $5.89 a gallon! Propane in MA yesterday $3.87 a gal! Should be more like $1.99! We are so screwed!

I live in a red tinged town in western MA. Husband & I registered online to vote by mail, both non party affiliated, he chose R, I chose D primaries. His ballot came in time to vote, mine on voting day. Envelopes are unsealed, someone can look inside! I reported this to Sec Galvin.
