Got another game done. I definitely prefer smaller more contained experiences for the most part. I think if a game is gonna be longer and more involved, it has to be able to punch above it's own weight. It was okay, it reminded me of some of the free indie horror games you'd find back in the day. 🙂

Very short experience, not really a lot to say, other than I stole money, burnt down some guy's business and then threw a funeral only to die by getting by a car after getting mad at some random deaf guy in the street. Oh and corpse briefly showed up and I made a sound I've never made before. lol 😅

Me and my partner have been playing a bunch of Green Hell together, we originally played the game when it was still in early access and had a pretty good time with it. I've been replaying Fable 2 and I manage to complete it again today, the last time was when I was a teenager. I mostly did good alignment choices, but I did buy every property and then extorted all my tenants, just so I could buy the castle and then give them free rent after the fact. lol

To be honest, this game is worth it at full price, but if there have been any people that follow me, that have been curious about it, but haven't been able to justify the higher price tag, this is the cheapest it's been thus far, before this it was 15%. So... I would highly recommend. 🙂

Well that's a huge relief. My computer randomly crashed on me 3-4 days ago and then when it booted up it had an update pending, so it went through process of applying it and it got to like 98% or something and then crashed again. Before I knew it, I wasn't able to use the built in repair utility -

My partner brought this up either yesterday or the day before, but it really is annoying just how normalised the use of artificial intelligence has become in day to day life. My brother-in-law was promoting a friend who was using that slop for his icon and even printed it on the side of his van. 🤮

Just for the record... I know the date says 2011, but that's when I started the save, because I only finished it this year on the 28th of June. Otherwise I've 100%'d the original game several times, but this was the first time I beat the Master Quest version + all the side quests and collectables..

Honestly? Initially I didn't plan on playing this game, but I remembered playing it in my youth and wasn't sure if I had beat it 100%, so I took some time (roughly just shy of a week), just to get every collectable and beat the main story. It was fine, collecting coins for sh*t was a pain though. 😵

It's crazy that I've had this game almost 2 decades and only now completed it. When I initially got myself steam, my first purchase was the Valve Complete Pack, which back then... The newest game from Valve was Half-Life 2: Episode 2, so yeah although they don't really make as many games nowadays -

Welp... My parents finally met my fiance and like wise they met my in-laws, it went fine, but I am definitely knackered now. 😅 We basically spent the entire day with them, so from 12pm (We got up at 9:30am) until 8:45pm, we got home a half an hour ago and my legs and feet are killin' me. 🥲 Whoops..

My mum & dad finally visit me on the 3rd of next month, this is the 2nd day I've been working on the Kitchen. I have done a little bit of general cleaning too, but definitely far less vigorous as to what I have been doing. Ironically they'll probably only be in the kitchen for a couple of seconds.

I've had a scratch on my original pair of glasses for a while now, so I switched over to my second pair, but... I managed to fix them and all it took was harsh chemicals... 😂 There was one issue with the method, in the sense that I made some of the paint come off and go on part of the lens, but -

Originally I beat the initial game a few years ago, but I sort of put off getting the last achievement because I wasn't sure how you kept track of all the objects, then I realised their was an option called Collections... And I took a few days going through each category until I eventually finished.

Completed my first game of the year, I actually started this game (I think in 2025), but I only got the game's achievements completed today. It was fine... Not a lot to it, it's sort of like papers please, except you're not cross referencing and there's much more freedom with your choices. *Shrug..*
