Eventually that will be the fix. We are intent on privacy so an internal layer of planking alternating to cover the lines between the front facing planks will happen in the spring. That way as boards shrink/warp, we still have coverage. We plan to be naked in the pool lol so privacy = must.

The fence planks have started.... to go a bit sideways in the last 1/3 of the yard? Not really sure how to correct it at this point. It will always drive my need for things to be straight/balanced INSANE, but they are sturdy and solid still. Just a bit... crooked. :p

I spent a LOT of years trapped in this particular cycle. It's one of the reasons part of Dottie AND Daddy's messaging is "Give yourself as much grace, kindness, and forgiveness as you would give to any random person on the street". We're so, so much better at forgiving others than ourselves.

My only complaint right now is I really wanted another "Fridge" moment (not specifically with the fridge, but with an altered item similarly creepy). The altered items have been... not to that level, so far. Everything else has been phenomenal. And I love Zoe's mix tape interludes, one in particular

I am really, really enjoying it. It's missing SOME of the stuff I really enjoyed in the first game. But you only really get that wtf is happening weirdness once. Now it's expected. But they still manage to really build a solid game in this universe with good unearthly liminal space vibes at times.
