Biggest thing for me is the music in Mii Maker. I really really hope this means they'll consider adding music to other places too. The eShop just isn't the same without delightful little tunes playing while you browse.

This really is one of those games where if you like what it is you'll love every second of it and never want to stop playing. Geniunely might be my personal favourite first-party Switch 2 exclusive so far, nothing else has hooked me quite like this. The Splatoon team is unendingly talented.

Really cool game. I like it's take on Duel mode, where each board has a unique win condition. Always wondered how far along this game was before they switched development from GameCube to Wii, hard to imagine half of it's minigames working without motion controls.

Will be interesting to see how things go as they scale back Switch 1 game dev, because eventually they’ll run out of games that a Switch 2 edition would make sense for. I really hope we see smaller scale ‘side projects’ again. Stuff like Pullblox, fun little games that show off creative ideas.

Rosalina will appear for 2 minutes before they cut to the aerial battle scene with Fox and the Koopalings fighting against an airship (design from Mario 3) set in Dreadnought Galaxy with the Mario 3 airship BGM. Fox gets shot down, DK catches him. Waluigi is visible in the background for 3 frames.

I do feel that we’re at an incredibly important point in the Switch 2’s life though, it’s past the point of early adopters buying it and they need to bolster its lineup of exclusives to convince more Switch 1 owners that it’s worth upgrading. I hope people buy a Switch 2 to play Mario Tennis Fever.

I never thought Nintendo would do this. Preserving a geniunely lost, canceled game that has never seen the light of day is such an incredibly cool thing to do. They probably have so much stuff like this archived that nobody knows about, too. I really hope they consider doing this for other consoles.

Of course it’s impossible to tell with trailers especially when they’re so short, I’m sure it will be a fun movie either way. I just hope for a bit more than a ‘fun movie’ this time around.

I had hoped this movie would be a little deeper than the first plot-wise, but currently it looks more like a mishmash of a bunch of characters and worlds from different Mario games that I’m not quite sure how they’ll connect. I at least hope Rosalina has her story… somewhere in the movie.

World does so many things right, being able to freely explore and play themed missions is such a cool idea. I hope DLC for this game takes the form of new islands because a Wuhuu Island island with missions sprinkled throughout would be incredible. There is so much potential here.

I hate how much this kind of thing is being pushed now, especially when it's being pushed in the places people pay thousands to go to build their game development careers. Of the people there, surely there's an artist who could help. And if not, free game assets exist. Or stock images of Luigi.

Just watched it and it was incredible. I grew up watching the shorts and Curse of the Were Rabbit so I was really hoping this movie would faithfully continue that legacy and not just be a cash grab, and it absolutely does. So much charm, it feels like a love letter to W&G fans and I’m so happy.
