I saw this crazy sunset yesterday. It looked like a semicircle rainbow wrapped around the sun. Can anyone tell me what it’s called and why it formed? Northern Arizona. Temps were about 60°F. Low humidity. #azwx

Why do some people think that a HUGE rear wing looks cool on their car? If they only used it for track days I might agree. But I suspect most don’t know how ridiculous it actually looks. Personal style I suppose.

Is there any company or business remaining where they have a human answer the phone on the first ring? No “press 1 to be put into our really long queue…” Southwest Airlines was the last one I recall doing that so many years ago. No one values a truly human touch anymore. Opportunity? Maybe.

I could never make it in politics, in part due to the perpetual fundraising. For example, an elected official is holding a happy hour fundraiser. I laughed at the terms they use for “donation” tickets. Hey, for $50 I’m only an “attendee” but $100 makes me a “supporter”? Sheesh…maybe respect my $50!
