But even solar on non-ag land leaves the land barren, no trees or bushes. Much of the agrisolar I see written about involves spreading 5 acres of panels over 10 acres of land and farming between them. Seems like it would make the farming inefficient. And a lot of it is just but ugly

the rate at which each dollar is spent or turns over, causes inflation, all other things being equal. Inflation, a general increase in prices, is ALWAYS and ONLY a monetary phenomenon. Increasing velocity via cartoons like this exacerbates it. My comment and video were absolutely on point.

Now that I think of it, I am reminded of famously corrupt Mayor Frank Hague of Jersey City (D, Natch) he had a desk with drawers on both sides. If you were visiting him, you would put your "gift" in a drawer on your side. He would open the same drawer from his side to accept the "gift"

I'd like to see him do more with his role as Senate President. LBJ took the majority leader booby prize and made it, arguably, more powerful than the presidency in the 50s. Vance could do something similar as Senate president. He will not, for the same reason LBJ did not. A desire to be prez.

It seems to me that the Vice-Presidency should be viewed as a fundamental DIS-qualification for the presidency yet many seem to think they are logical successors. I've never understood that. Vance is a fine VP. I suspect he would make a horrible president.(CONT)
