To me, this is a great idea. Here in downtown Marquette, instead of planting flower boxes, the DDA has planted "garden boxes" filled with vegetables & herbs. Suffering from food insecurity, or just need a leaf of basil for a dish? You're more than welcome to help yourself! #downtownmarquette
