This is a disgrace. Brave RNLI volunteers being called scum for risking their lives to save others at sea is just plain wrong. So I've signed an open letter of thanks for the RNLI letting them know these thugs do not speak for the rest of us. Add your name?

Tell the BBC: Save Winterwatch!

The UK is losing its wildlife, and shows like Winterwatch are vital for connecting us to nature. The BBC's decision to cancel it makes no sense. Let's ask them to rethink this! Add your name here:

Just took a peep out the window. It’s snowing heavily again. And everyone has their recycling bins out still which were due to be emptied Monday morning. Hibernating.

I'm wishing everyone a lovely week ahead. Its the autumn equinox here in the UK today. And at least the weather's forecast to be fine until next weekend here which is good. All the best.

It’s really noticeable how the nights are drawing in now. It only seems like a week or so ago that the sun was setting an hour and a half later. Hope everyone’s having a good week despite the weather. I like this kind of weather though, so I’m not complaining. The grass and plants appreciate it too.

Was just listening to this again on my playlist, as I’ve been a fan since her start. But feel sad that I sent this to my niece and god daughter for her birthday when it came out at the beginning of May last year and had no acknowledgement. music.apple.com/gb/album/rad...

I absolutely love this new outdoor launderette outside my mum’s local Spar and Post Office.

Outdoor launderette catering for standard and larger loads.

I can’t believe I only came back to my mum’s a fortnight ago. It feels like a month. A lot has happened. Got another busy one next week. Hope everyone in the UK enjoys their bank holiday Monday tomorrow whatever you’re doing. Weather forecast is looking good for us at least. Hope it is where you are
