That's very cool. My grandfather was the first mayor of Pico Rivera, when it incorporated. They had the nursery, a dairy, and an orchard all in LA County...so crazy to think about.

Yes....my grandfather owned a dairy in Pico and my great-grandfather had some sort of nursery out by Santa Anita...like in the 1950s. Sold in 1966.
