For historic reasons, Rochester's Pride Parade is in July. Our local NPR/PBS affiliate WXXI had a float in the parade and when they went by they got the loudest cheers from the spectators. It restored a little bit of my faith in our community. www.wxxi.org/support/

If you ever have the chance to explore Otherworld or Meow Wolf's immersive exhibits, I highly recommend them. Just get there early before all the families with kids show up. Kids ruin everything.
