Ok but LOOK at this sleeping bag!!
A screenshot of the Strawberry Shortcake sleeping bag with matching pillow and stuffed cat - doll accessories for the 1986 American Girl doll. It looks very historically accurate, a pink sleeping bag with Strawberry, Huckleberry, Lemon Chiffon and a few other friends whose names I can’t remember carrying baskets of fruits on a sunny day

Kid crocheted a duck for a friend. I am her crochet instagram photographer. Had about 20 minutes of daylight when she told me if I wanted to get pictures I had to do it yesterday, so I made the most of it (she printed the mini duck army too)

I'm a volunteer for @respectmovoters.org because ballot candy and manipulative ballot language fill me with incendiary rage! We're now in the 'we need money if we're going to get stuff done' phase of the campaign so I'm also raising money: tinyurl.com/3tzpp8fe
Respect MO Voters is saying "No More!" No more ballot candy (misleading ballot language meant to trick voters)! No more undo button (legislators trying to overturn passed citizen initiatives)! No more red tape (unnecessary regulations meant to make it harder to use the citizen initiative process)!

Also look at the cute sticker someone gave me!
A sticker features a pink flower in a pot holding a sign that says “human beings are not illegal” text surrounds the picture and says “immigrants are welcome here. Trans people are welcome here. All are welcome here.” It is very cute!

Went to #handsoff in Brentwood MO (STL suburb) - didn’t get great crowd pictures but there were at least a few hundred lining both sides of a very busy street and it was cold and raining but the cars were honking and we were cheering! It was like a reverse parade!

The authors of an article from The Federalist with the advanced degrees of the authors circled angrily in red. The authors of the article from the quoted post suggest that one of the main reasons that the birth rate in the US has declined is that the government encourages too many people to go to college and get advanced degrees. Both authors hold PhD.s

Starting a (probably very disjointed) thread about stuff I'm reading to figure out "what now?" #1. 10 ways to be prepared and grounded now that Trump has won, by Daniel Hunter, Waging Nonviolence (wagingnonviolence.org/2024/11/10-t...) This one has really stuck with me because of this infographic.
an infographic with 4 quadrants:
1. Protect People - harm reduction, protect targeted people
2. Disrupt and Disobey - strategize acts to support disobedience and protest policy
3. Defend Civic Institutions - safeguard democratic institutions (elections, EPA, etc.)
4. Build Alternatives - parallel institutions, alternative party platforms, new culture-building
