So...not to be a pervert but does anyone have the photoshoot that #LiBowen did with #RenHang? I had them before and lost them but they were not only high key hot but they were truly well shot photos. XD

man who is definitely handling the arrival of his boyfriend's ex in a normal and rational way that does not involve the ex dying at the boyfriend's hand

Any #MDZS fans, especially of #SongXiao #XueYang #SongXiaoXue #XiaoXue etc that are also fans of #SilentHill? I have a plot bunny concerning our Yi City boys and the horror franchise, but I'd love to have someone to bounce ideas off of and who knows Silent Hill lore. Pls HMU if you're interested. <3

When you have such a perfect plot bunny for a modern reincarnation #SongXiao adopts Xue Yang fic based on Silent Hil, but you suck at actually writing stories. 💀

The thing is, Xiao Xingchen can fucking fly.

Xue Yang helping Xiao Xingchen climb a ladder like he's not a sword wizard capable of flight.

That and the fact that Xue Yang's whole "you only consider it wrong when I slaughter a clan because I'm not an important person" point even stronger, if you think about it lmao.

But yeah, I've been around fandom spaces for a long time but as far as I remember this is the first time I've ever met a genuine apologist. Note, I love Wen Kexing so this isn't hate. It's just wild to me how people can justify such double standards.

Xue Mako @jiangzais.bsky.social · 30/08/2025

While obviously Wen Kexing was portrayed in a much more sympathetic light due to the story revolving around his redemption, seeing as how it's much easier to redeem a character if you don't focus on how bad they are. We barely see any of the effects his actions have on others, even when we should.

I even pointed out that the biggest difference is how the narrative portrays these characters. XY is portrayed as a straight villain with little time given to sympathize with him and we see the harm he does to some of his victims in SL, XXC, and A-Qing. (continued)

I genuinely wish I was making that up, but nope. That person keeps bringing up basic teenage vandalism in a conversation about torture and mass murder. It's what they're trying to use to prove that Xue Yang is inherently cruel while Wen Kexing is not. I have no words. (continued)

Xue Mako @jiangzais.bsky.social · 30/08/2025

On top of that, all of Wen Kexing's crimes which include wiping out multiple entire clans for revenge and killing a lackey for fun had a purpose and were a means to an end, unlike Xue Yang who suddenly has no purpose to his cruelty and crimes. Because he kicked over a market stall. (continued)

I just had the most wild discussion about #XueYang from #MDZS and #WenKexing from #WordofPower. Basically as according to the other person, Wen Kexing didn't enjoy his cruel actions...never mind the cackling, the shaking in excitement, and the other obvious signs of joy. (continued)

Macron plans law to kill more French wolves

It comes after the EU downgraded wolf protections to make it easier for farmers to kill animals that threaten their herds.

Yeah, Reddit which is admittedly awful in general. There was a hate thread there recently over fandom jokes. People are legitimately hating on and finding reasons to be offended over joking about Bichen, about everyday us everyday, Jin Ling's uncles...
