But my opinion is if the doctor sent it to you. You can assume it's required. That's the whole point The doctor already authorized it. It's just seems like a waste of time for everyone

Using an AI system to filter prescriptions inherently implies you're more interested in denying claims and making money than healthcare. An AI system is always designed to deny not provide. Otherwise it wouldn't be needed.

Also I personally think all those youtube piano play alongs are such a double edge sword because while yes you're learning this song you like but it takes all the gratification and motivation out of learning, so it feels sort of empty, especially if you're goal is to Learn and not just play around.

The reason in my opinion I hear so much of "I bought a guitar and now it's collecting dust" because you had a "goal" and after 5 months of playing tabs online without any teacher/instructions you didn't achieve it and now you're discouraged from ever touching it again.

The most successful adult students I've had are the ones that enjoy the journey and not have an unrealistic destination. Play simple songs and ENJOY what you're doing in the moment because that's what's going to keep you playing and not just quit the second that reality sets in.

I've been teaching music for 15+ years and the reason adult students don't succeed with it is almost always that their expectations are WAY too high You buy a piano, a guitar expecting to play your favorite song or this solo and no, you probably never will. You're 32 you're never going to be "good"

A year ago they were nationally ranked, now they barely exist. Their downfall is frankly shocking and honestly sad. I was recently forced to switch and the clinic doctor at my new practice LITERALLY said "You're one of many of my new Diamond headache clinic refugees". It's that bad

In March they billed me wrong so my appt over 250$+. It took them 4 months to fill out a prior authorization and most recently it took them 3 and a half weeks to respond to a prescription refill. Every message in mychart goes ignored and their entire practice is getting review bombed.

I view 3D printed stuff in the same view that people view AI Slop. Don't get me wrong 3D printing has a lot of cool uses, but pretty much everything it's actually used for is landfill core. Generic little statues and figures infecting flea markets like a plague.
