Also fair. Rafa isolated just not going to work so gotta come up with something else. Santos with a lack of speed or progression is going to hinder overall. I’d want Matan more central so he can pair more with Totland on the other side. Hope they come up with something better than I did!

I agree with this but need to find a place for Becher on the pitch to give 2 options up top in that scenario. If that’s the plan I’m looking at Matan actually back centrally and then breaking up durkelman for Simon and try to hit a home run.

Don’t disagree here, granted not sure I’d say anyone had a good first half on City. White getting Timo, Dante being flat footed and constantly having to play catchup and Fallou struggling both directions. Whole team has had either bad passes or bad touches or both. Glad it’s tied for sure.

Agreed. Heaps just shouldn’t be a guaranteed in the sheet at this point. I like her skills as a sub, as needed, but other options should be starting and especially v teams that can hold possession.

The coaching staff enabling and believing that the existing pieces +Matan can be the creative forces with Holse and Rafa making the runs off of them has unlocked everything. Rafa being a connector and Holse just endless runs in the box is something to see.

Not playing a true 6 when there are solid options is strange. I assume Coffey would be starting there (if healthy) but just playing Hutton there makes a lot of sense. Granted Heaps is required to start until she retires so gotta pick options around here. At least NWSL has brought her level up.

Temwa could’ve easily had 3+ here. Denver CBs were on spin cycle the entire second half. That second half was how KC looked last year as opposed to the first half how they have looked this year.
