Apparently Allstate lists Worcester as the fourth riskiest city in the US for drivers. AND YET we have community members who REFUSE to consider the bare minimum for street safety, like speed bumps, narrowing roads, and roundabouts. Instead they complain about the speed limit they don’t even follow
