This happened again I'm so confused. Second day in a row I'm fine all day and then my body just self destructs in the evening when I'm chilling out at my desk. I don't think my posture is any different I guess my body is just going through one of its random phases where I'm more sensitive to pain

I think partly why I've always struggled with pc gaming is there's so many right and wrong ways with ergonomics, placement of everything etc etc. I've never figured out what works best for me best and so I feel like I'm somewhat handicapping myself because of it lol
