Jett @jettq.com · 15/08/2025Congrats on not shitting yourself tonight! (I– on the other hand– started menstruating during your show) 😅 000
Jett @jettq.com · 06/08/2025Here’s a clip from my first time participating in an aerial competition! I was honored to be there & to be performing among so many talented people — my two coaches included! Thank you Top from Kommont Studio for getting me ready for this! 🙏 000

Reposted by JettThe Atlantic @theatlantic.com · 01/05/2025The idea that boys should be raised to be “tough” is resurgent in American culture. But that attitude, Joshua Coleman writes, conflicts with research showing that to thrive, boys really need more affectionate care:bit.lyWhat Do Boys Need? The same affectionate care as girls—perhaps even more of it. 1114428
Jett @jettq.com · 26/04/2025This is such a beautiful and interesting house! Does anyone know how it holds up to seismic activity? If you’re curious and look into it, let me know 😉youtu.beInside an Architect's Underground Home in Mexico City | Architectural DigestYouTube video by Architectural Digest 021
Jett @jettq.com · 24/04/2025Who knew making gnocchi was so fun and easy! Here are my purple sweet potato gnocchis made fresh (before boiling & sautéing with sauce). What are your favorite plant-based sauces? 061
Jett @jettq.com · 24/04/2025I agree that accessible changes are imperative. I’d suggest counting the number and variety of plants you consume rather than the calories. Not only is it easier to count plants than it is to track net calories, it’s also a more wholesome and gentle approach to improving your diet/ health. 020
Jett @jettq.com · 24/04/2025Water with meals & consuming raw foods will definitely reduce calorie intake, but good food is more transformative than that! Putting weight-loss aside, in terms of gut health & overall wellbeing, there’s no replacement for intact fibers of whole grains and other plants (I generally prefer cooked). 010
Jett @jettq.com · 24/04/2025The elephant in the room is fiber. The more a food is processed, generally the less fiber it has. Whole foods are the healthiest way to go if you’re looking to reduce calories/ curb weight gain. Digesting 100cal or whole foods burns more calories than digesting 100cal of processed foods. Eat dates 😋 110
Jett @jettq.com · 23/04/2025It’s a disservice to associate this brilliant resource with your bad attitude. Good information can be shared without putting people down. 030
Jett @jettq.com · 23/04/2025What is “just calories” and why would one opt for artificial sweeteners? Is this a dieting perspective? I think the crux of the matter is that one wouldn’t add as much sweetening to their warm beverages if they ate fewer processed foods which overstimulate their yum receptors w/salt, sugar, & oil. 000
Jett @jettq.com · 23/04/2025Fortunately/unfortunately it doesn’t take 20 years for the consequences of the cheap yummy food to be measurable. 000
Jett @jettq.com · 20/04/2025I hope you’re having fun with the family! I would have loved this Easter activity as a child! Have you tried decorating quail eggs? (Are those getting pricier these days too?) 030

Jett @jettq.com · 22/03/2025A fabulous recipe from Carleigh Bodrug’s #plantyou made with farm fresh beets & basil 😋 Served over bean-based pasta and my home-made grain mixture (Millet, Oat Groats, Rye Berries, Barley, Lentils, & Sorghum). #plantbasedcooking 000
Jett @jettq.com · 16/03/2025Having finished reading #everythingistuberculosis for the first time, unexpectedly before its publishing date, I am left in awe, inspired, and grateful. Once again, John Green has plucked at my heartstrings. EiT is an empowering invitation to care for each other. Lovingly, he extends an open palm. 030
