I also need you to see this little guy from Toby's piece above. This absolute thang has become such an important part of our lore for Iceia. Are they resilient? Not at all. Chinchilla levels of caretaking necessary. Are they useful? Not in any way outside of socioeconomic flexing. I love them.

Google wants to capture how senior designers think: the vocabulary you use, how you make calls on layout, typography, color and hierarchy, and what separates work that's tasteful from work that just looks finished. This is captured in a structured, recorded remote session. Depending on fit, you'd either be the expert being interviewed or the one running the interview.

The current details are:

Time commitment: roughly 4–5 hours per task/interview, including prep beforehand and a short review afterward

Rate: $150/hour, payable to you
