Why thank you ma'am 😂 Actually, on a more serious note, a great but hard lesson of being an Exec Director in the NHS was it was so all consuming I had no space or time for a hinterland. I've never let that happen again and it's why my SoMe is about so much more than EndPJparalysis & Last 1000 days
