actually no it wouldn't.. So long as there was a process to have a head judge it would be fine.. there's no constitutional rules about the exact number of judges or court bi-laws and regulations.

New rules entirely: Each president appoints 9 judges, they serve 22 year appointments. We'd have 45 judges to draft 9 judge benches from so trials could be had year round with more trials addressed. Also extreme code of conduct overhaul that's VERY enforceable.

When they started getting at home printers that were actually capable of letting a person make a somewhat convincing printing of US money, it was after the first court case that they made regulations requiring watermarks embedded into physical at home printers so it was traceable.

Don't most of the officers receive immunity from prosecution? I see how the labels are different, but not sure how that has an effective difference in practice from the state sanctioning the executions of citizens.. like the label you put on it doesn't change that they murder folks regularly.
