Always love spending time at Summer League. It’s so fun getting to know new players, seeing the SL “vets” grow up and in the case of the Grizzlies this year, getting a small glimpse of new HC Tuomas Iisalo’s vision. Look forward to seeing what the team does in Vegas! 💙

I’ve had worse views to look at while prepping for a show on a Sunday night. See you all bright and early on Grind City Media to talk all things Grizzlies, free agency and summer league.

Just touched down in Salt Lake City and I’m giddy because I get to watch Memphis Grizzlies (summer league) basketball tonight!! Coverage starts at 5:45 CT on Grind City Media 😎 What is everyone most excited to watch over the next two weeks?

Life is crazy because we never knew the last time we saw the Off The Court with Desmond Bane commercial, we’d never see it again.

Ben Stiller made a Knicks joke at the Tonys for all 15 of us watching both Game 2 of the NBA Finals and the Tony Awards at the same time. A real one.

Jaylen Wells & Zach Edey were both selected to the NBA All-Rookie First Team! Third time in franchise history that the Grizzlies have had two rookies earn that honor in same season (Ja & BC + Pau Gasol & Shane Battier).

Imagine explaining to the aliens “Yes, we use ping pong balls to determine the fate of NBA teams and it’s spectacular.”

The NBA Playoffs should be tested for performance enhancing drugs because they have been f’ing nuts.

As someone who doesn’t have a dog in the fight, that Cavs loss is the kind of ending that makes me feel physically ill for the losing team.

Me watching a team lose by more points than the Grizzlies in the playoffs.

Ja Morant on this season: “It was lot. Injuries are frustrating. Losing games is frustrating. I try to find the positive - we showed signs of what we can be & that’s what I took from this season. Trying to make sure the stuff we did right we continue to do consistently.”

Exit interviews for the Grizzlies today. Zach Kleiman is up first and he says they have not made any decisions on the coaching front. He’s going to “digest everything” from this season first.

Grizzlies within one and the GOAT Red Panda performing at halftime? You really should be here.

Every day I wake up feeling so grateful and lucky that I get to cover this amazing team in this amazing city. I know it’s been a challenging week, but it’s Memphis Memphis Memphis 4ever and always. Let’s make it a fun one today at FedExForum 〽️

They’re going to have to add the most unhinged question to philosophy textbooks after this one: What feels worse in the playoffs, losing by 51 or giving up a 29 point lead at home where you also watched your star point guard suffer a brutal looking injury. 🥺

The Grizzlies are shooting 22% from the field, 11% from three and are only down 15!!

With the Grizzlies down 40, may I suggest using the rest of your Sunday afternoon to go see Sinners because it exceeds all of the hype.

If you came to FedExForum for today's Grizzlies game, this team gave you an absolute show. Only 8 players available. 4 have 20+ points. Career highs for Lamar Stevens, Cam Spencer, Jay Huff and Yuki Kawamura. Marvin Bagley first double double of the season. It's been fun.
