Hello #Portfolioday ! My name is Tiril, and I'm a Concept Artist in the Games Industry. Working on Old School Runescape! But in my spare time, I enjoy vibrant coloured illustrations with graphic marginalia and worldbuilding. Fantasy, Medieval, Surrealism are my go-to's! Links: linktr.ee/Tiril

Obsessed with these vintage H.P Lovecraft paperbacks. And will start a life side quest of trying to obtain at least some of these. Victor Valla depicts eldrich horrors in such a unique way.

The various forms of Dawn. She manifests along the horizon of silent snow dunes and cobbled walks as a fleeting phenomenon of light, or a lone woman in a white dress running away.

I was trusted with this commission of a MTG style Playmat for MTG-NM, for the Norwegian MTG Championship this year! We wanted it to have all the land colours, in a Norwegian motif. Very excited to finally share! This illustration belongs to MTG-NM, and is only to be printed by them!

Been a bit obsessed with playing Overwatch lately, and I've been maining Juno. But I wish she would have a non-cute skin. As she is a Martian, I thought it'd be fun to do a Mars Attacks inspired one. Ack ack ack ack ack!

Queen Dawn. She appears as an echo of a future on the horizon in the snowy dunes around Fort Mortem. It is who Princess Mori will become, who brings a new sun for the Fort’s everlasting night. Some Character Design exploration for my project!

Artists, show what built your style! I especially loved Lynch's Twin Peaks for balance of surreal/realism. HR Giger's expression of his subconscious and psyche. Andrey Surnov for his rendering, finding beauty in any scene. And Ivan Bilibin's marginalia and presentation.
