I recently stopped drinking coffee (would drink AT LEAST 2 cups a day) and I’ve noticed a DRASTIC difference in my energy… I have SO MUCH more energy now. I never realized how significant the caffeine crash effects you. If you are tired through out the day DONT drink coffee it’s a scam
