Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 07/09/2026But that’s an ‚anonymous‘ one. I wamt to use an official one like this one. 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 06/09/2026Yeah, quite lame. And actually one more reason to migrate. 140 4
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 06/09/2026Thanks, and yeah I have moved a bluesky account to eurosky. Worked perfectly! Guess I have to delete this one then and create a new one on eurosky. 110 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 06/09/2026Is it possible to move one's W account to eurosky? 440 4
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 04/09/2026Damn, I'm so into reviving old computers and old smartphones right now ... so much fun! 000 0
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026Who remembers the 'million dollar homepage'?? Crazy times! milliondollarhomepage.commilliondollarhomepage.comThe Million Dollar Homepage - Own a piece of internet history! Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026Ok, fair enough. I've understood that better now. 010 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026Nope, that is your interpretation of what I wrote: 'You assume that "here" is your space and that unverified accounts are invading that space.' 200 2
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026You come across as aggressive though. But that's ok, something must have triggered you. 000 0
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026You seem to project a lot. I didn't criticize you for answering or liking. Please focus. I was simply asking a question. 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026Anyone of you vibe-coding? And if you do, did you have coding experience beforehand? And which model are you using? 000 0
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026Linux Desktop has improved a lot since then! 000 0
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 03/09/2026Why are you all so aggressive? I'm just asking a question 😊 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026So people on Eurosky can see my posts too now? 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Why so aggressive? I was just wondering. Because people who come to this network via W have to get verified to be able to post. But I understand the integration better now. Thank you 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026It's visualmy beautiful and optimized for people who prefer keyboard over mouse. Neat windows tiling. Lots of useful presets yet you can adapt everythig. Google DHH... Or don't 🤪 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026I thought unverified W Social users can't post or comment? 110 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Why would I want to block them? Reread my question maybe... 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026In a lot of browsers typing 'w social' in the url/search bar will open the wikipedia entry on 'social'... Not ideal 🤪 #wsocial 210 2
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Why can some unverified people post and comment on here? Because they're coming via bluesky? #wsocial 400 4
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026The cool thing is you can run it relly well on lots of older laptops (for common tasks). No need to buy a new one necessarily. 000 0
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026I've not been a gamer for about 25 years so I don't miss those 🤪 I'm using omarchy right now, really love it. Despite its creator 😩 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026I have Omarchy running even on a 2012 mac mini!! 110 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026But I like omarchy's look and feel! And yes, I know, DHH is unfortunately a right-wing moron... 010 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026I tend to disagree. What apps were yku missing? 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Now if only more people could create accounts here ... and verification needs to be easier/faster too! But otherwise, this site is really cool and I hope it'll succeed!! 1101 10
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Yeah, what's really to miss?? Which distro are you on? 100 1
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Great! I'm switching to Omarchy but I've also installed Debian on servers. Really love Linux, especially since you can manage it via Claude Code or Codex ;P 140 4
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Anyone else in here switching from #windows to #linux desktop? 12190 19
Jerome Herr @jeromeherr.eurosky.social · 02/09/2026Yeah :/ But I still hope that this can be a viable alternative to toXic! 010 1
