I've done this pretty much ever since I discovered the K-Jöföl MP3 players 25 years ago. I currently use Audacious as audio player, and it's a bit harder to find the option for speed/pitch tweaking, but it's there.

Settings dialog for the Speed and Pitch plugin for the Audacious application, showing the options "decouple from pitch", "multiplier", "pitch semitones", "pitch multiplier"

Comparing the indents between my EPUB version (first image) and print version (second image) it looks like it's actually pretty close to being consistent. Only problem I see is that the indents aren't consistent between dialogue and regular paragraphs in the EPUB, but that is an easy fix.

Received new proof copies from the print on demand company. Apparently when you want to change the pricing on books that are over ten years old (which is all of them except Incursion) you have to verify that their printers still produce the same results as when you previously approved them.
