it’s for sure exhausting, def roughly 60 hr weeks — I get like two days off a week but one is for recovery and then the other is for catching up/errands 😭 I appreciate just being an art guy so much more now

oh my god I need a day off so badly. I work nearly every single day at a shop in Salem, leaving at 7am and getting home at 11pm and then back again the next day 😫 I MISS DRAWING DICKS, and I need to desperately finish the ones remaining!!! Give me time off!!!!

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

(Seasonal) work is really ramping up already, and it’s not even really the spooky season yet - a little intimidated by that and hoping i have the energy to get through it - i guess the dang travel channel was there today for filming anyway, back to finishing up porn

looks like @scj.bsky.social might be enrolling in a new class real soon [mpreg]

Working a seasonal job in Salem is absolutely wild so far. I've been training the past week and finally have time off to work on remaining commissions before things get into the big seasonal swing - but don't worry, there're def more hockey pieces coming and a couple YCH as well!

050

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 28/08/2026

AND I got into the welding program !! I start in late October so that’ll be a tricky bit of fiddling with my schedule between the seasonal job and the night classes, since it’s big times in Salem, but I really wanna do this

070

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

its my birthday, time to enter my 40s

460

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

perhaps I should have done the training schedule for getting out at 3:30 but the new job is very nice! stayed from open to close, still gonna need to learn a bit more, the tourists are nice

040

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 22/08/2026

every day is a little tougher without you there my little friend

1100

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 20/08/2026

i get to start training next week and hopefully i'll get a better idea of what the work schedule'll be then so i can keep doin' fun pinups!

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 20/08/2026

Briefest pause in commissions (for today) as I finally have a dang interview somewhere ! Sure it’s for a tour guide position but it might still be fun

170

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

queue is currently 8 pieces, all shaded and just need to spend tomorrow and probably wednesday colouring! that's my most recent pinups and three different comics

030

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

getting my office back this weekend! Been working from a very uncomfortable set up with my pc in the bedroom for a month, so im v excited to have an actual chair to sit in again and a desk for my tablet also hoping i get into this welding program but thats a whole other thing

050

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 22/07/2026

the depression is so strong that i am feeling the pull to smoking cigarettes again, but my boyfriend would despise me if I did this again

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

back to work tomorrow - still having rough moments when i expect to hear duchess or where i wish she was curling up with me, but i can’t continue grieving or ill be sad forever and thats no way to live

050

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 17/07/2026

duchess left us this morning at 9am, I’m heartbroken but she left safe and comfortable in her own bed I’ll miss her a lot, this dumb gross baby

270

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 14/07/2026

everything is scheduled, we’re saying goodbye on Friday I’ll try my best to get work out to everyone this week, I’m just going to be distracted

080

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 11/07/2026

100

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

uuuugh now having to actively look up at-home euthanasia for duchess, absolutely wrecked but I want her to feel safe but I don’t know what I’ll do without her

120

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

030

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

it’s honestly tough to be both The Porn Guy and to watch the cat I 100% adore slowly fade away, man 😞 I’d give so much for more time with her

110

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

I’m Trying My Best to act okay but man it’s fucking me up a lot

170

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

also sad news: my beloved cat is nearing the end of her life, unable to gain weight and having IVs at home for hydration. it’s been taking a lot out of me and it’s looking like it will be sooner rather than later, and I’m crushed I hope she knows I love her

590

jerkcentral @jerkcentral.bsky.social · 01/07/2026
