Those waiting over 2 years have fallen from 23,621 to 21,087 from December to January. Obviously there is a hell of a long way to go but at least there is some movement after a year of stagnation. 514540

This is a budget with £1.6 billion extra for health, schools, job creation, transport, housing, the environment, agriculture and a lot more. Thankfully for Wales, they failed. 220
