First, we see a password field with the password filled out.

Then a text label that says “ a photo of an actor with a missing toof will be sent to your phone. When received enter the number of the missing toof here”. Followed by an empty text field and a button that says login.

Then a screenshot of your phone with a text message showing a photo of Hugh Jackman with one of his teeth, blacked out and the number three super imposed on the black tooth.
