Funny, the Prez and WH staff don’t seem traumatised. Odd.

Jennifer Freeman @jenxfreeman.bsky.social · 26/04/2026

Several journalists including Symone Sanders reported extremely lax security. That is a choice made by the WH. If they deliberately chose to have “lax” security, then that must be explained.

Wrong. You would not be able to run into any lobby with the President in the building. EVERY entry and exit would have armed agents, and there would be multiple check points & metal detectors set up to scan purses etc. All staff working event would have gone through the same detectors.

When a group of people lie to your face about every fucking thing, for 10 years, you are mentally ill if you believe anything they serve up.

Have you ever worked in hospitality in DC? Any time the Prez or VP shows up to anything there is a massive level of security before and during event. NO WAY some guy can just run through multiple doors, past multiple agents and checkpoints with a gun.

It’s not open like it was before. There is one lane through Iranian waters with a toll. The rest of the strait is mined.

It is not open. There is a toll lane openthrough Iranian waters. That’s it.

It’s not open. There is one route through an IRGC checkpoint with a $2M per ship toll.

Experts say it will take 6 months after the strait is completely open for oil price to “stabilize”. No guarantee it goes back to what it was.

Not hiding. It just makes every casual/passing interaction so much easier. Great story about how it started. I don’t lie to people I have ongoing relationships with. Have been an AUS citizen since 2006. When you hold multiple passports, you realise you do not belong to a country, but to the world.

I have been an American living in Australia for 25 years and I almost always say I’m Canadian when someone asks, “Are you American or Canadian?”. Grew up in Michigan so I don’t need to tweak the accent too much.
