🍜 On my first visit to Brighton, UK, almost 20 years ago I had this great dish at #AskItalian: Baked meatballs, pasta penne, roasted vegetables, spicy tomato sauce, and mozzarella. Love making it myself in my #gozney Roccbox (pizza) oven 🥰👨‍🍳

🍜 First attempt cooking a frittata solely in the air fryer. Incredibly easy, perfectly cooked, highly recommended.

One of those "strange" combinations that just works great: Vitello Tonato - veal cooked soup vide, then topped with a sauce made from canned tuna, anchovies, capers, mayo, and lemon juice. I also used some of the basil from my garden to make a fresh pesto. 🍜👨‍🍳🌞
