Lately, when someone says, “God is always good,” “That’s karma,” “Only God can judge,” or any other unsubstantiated claim, I simply reply, “There’s no evidence for that,” or, “I don’t believe that.”
Why is it a social norm to declare personal beliefs as facts and expect no one to challenge them?
