Connor rarely talked about his parents, but she knew there was a particular emptiness there. He didn’t always know how to admit that X became something he needed in his life but Sora saw it. She could see it now in the way he spoke about him, the need to not let him down. #KaiGen4

She had the Cheon stubbornness, Val’s fire, his own ability to read a room when she actually cared enough to pay attention, and there had been a time when X could have imagined her taking over without hesitation.
