I've been retired from teaching for two years now. I've tried to login to my work computer with my login credentials from when I was a teacher at least four times today. SMH.

One of the nice things about Alaska. We don't have toll roads. So, this scammer can go bugger off. SMH.

OMG! This is for all my Celiac buddies. One of the gluteny foods I miss the most is Cheez-Its. Let me tell you a cool replacement. Freeze-dried cheddar. Yep, you read that right. FREEZE-DRIED CHEDDAR. It tastes exactly like Cheez-Its! You're Welcome! 🧀 🧀

Thank you for this. When I would have a particularly rough day at work, I would play super bassy music really loud to ground myself before I got home. I never understood why that worked, but now I do.

Just canceled our amazon prime account and Washington Post subscription. Even though amazon can be super convenient here in Alaska. I'd rather support local small businesses. Also found a better read. #BoycottAmazon #BoycottWashingtonPost #ContrarianForever contrarian.substack.com

Thank the gods...I should've checked the date of the article.

Why am I not surprised they used the term "sunsetting". 😕 #boycottmeta

Finally, snow is here in Alaska! ❄️ My dash cam? It’s acting like the ultimate backseat driver with jokes. 😂🎥 #Smartass #DashCamLife

It's 42°F and raining in South Central Alaska....in January. Our typical weather this time of year is -10° to 15°F. I've lived here for 30 years, and in the last 10, the winters have become noticeably milder. #climatechange is real.

I have a "smart" oven. It let's my "smart" TV when it's warmed up. I'm convinced there's some hanky panky going on between them when I'm asleep.

Sketchbooks with various paper types. "Steal Like an Artist" by Austin Kleon. There's also an accompanying work book available. "Wreck this Journal" by Keri Smith. It's about experimenting with creativity in art and journaling. Some drawing figurines/mannequins to practice drawing people.

Starting the year off with a decluttering goal. I'm going to be tackling small areas of the house, so it's not too overwhelming. Being a retired art teacher has created some "but, I might need it for my classroom" hoarder habits that need to be broken.

Obviously, I didn't vet Wu as well as I should have. She has been unfollowed. Can you please remove me from the Wu mute list?
