Over the last 15 yrs, 4/5 of my roles came from being asked to join a team. (Not a humble brag—just part of the complex swirl of feelings that come w/ this season.) When you’re used to being tapped on the shoulder, actively applying can feel strange. Vulnerable. A little like shouting into the void.

Before I was diagnosed, knitting was "the way I could sit and relax without feeling guilty" because I was still "doing something". Once I was told I had ADHD, it all made so much sense. Proud of this one! Hope you'll watch and share with your pals. 👇
