jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 18/08/2026True Sony owns both but I'd argue not the same difference. Aniplex shows were $100+ even when Rightstuf was around and most $100+ releases on Crunchyroll's store are still Aniplex shows. I'd say blame Aniplex or Sony 020
jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 14/08/2026The bluray is published by Aniplex and their anime sets are always overpriced ($100+). So this is more of an Aniplex issue than Crunchyroll 131
jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 21/06/2026If it has Lost in Cult on the cover, then it should be the same version. The only difference is the cover. 000
jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 21/06/2026I've only heard 3DS and Switch carts should last 20 years at 85 degrees Celsius and that's assuming there's no refresh function by the console to extend longevity 020
jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 21/06/2026They have the downsides of both physical and digital games. You have to put the cart in the console to play the game and you have to use your own memory to store the game. At least you can still resell them but they become worthless if the service shuts down one day 230
jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 21/06/2026There are actually 3 versions with different cover art. Limited Run put out one version first a while ago and then Lost in Cult released two versions with one being exclusive to their website. The Lost in Cult versions probably have the most up to date version of the game. 140
jeneese @jeneese.bsky.social · 07/05/2026It's because the digital version is $50. Walmart doesn't want to lose game sales to the eShop 010
