Started the morning with a chill paddle, read, napped, listened to an audiobook on the deck while intermittently dipping in the repurposed cold plunge, ate pizza, now vibing on the front porch. I needed a break so badly after two weeks of work travel hell, getting my car totaled by a dipshit, etc.

Placid lake with green trees ringing (and reflecting in) the water. The front nose of a periwinkle paddle board nudges into the frame. Bungees on the front of the paddle board secure a pair of flip-flops and a water bottle covered in stickers.

Still thinking about monster trucks.

Seven meta analyses have found that the oscillating-rotating power toothbrush is more effective than high-frequency sonic power toothbrushes. In the image below (not mine), the sonic powered brush head is on the left and the oscillating-rotating one is on the right.

The toothbrush head on the left is oblong and is an example of a sonic electric toothbrush while the round toothbrush head on the right is an example of a rotating-oscillating electric toothbrush.

It's been somewhat freeing painting the space marines because I don't give a shit about them, and I'm not planning to build an army around them. Experimenting with some contrast paint.

Fingers hold a small plastic space marine who's holding some sort of incendiary weapon. The model has been primed in gold and dry brushed with green and yellow. Darker green contrast paint covers the rest.

The cursed object I received at my team's holiday gift exchange.
