onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and a little bit of salt. 400 for 30mins-hour depending on size of meatballs. Mine took 30 mins maybe 35mins. Pics from when I made it in Oct. Salvi put his on top of spaghetti I grew up with just these and sides for meals.

My 6.5mile hike has my body mad. Hiked Lost horse trail in Joshua State Park. Fun fact I was born in 29 Palms. I kept stopping to keep my asthma under control. Here are pics from my hike that was about 4 hours long.
