Very end of the "Land of the Lost" opening when they zoom into the dinosaur's open mouth. Always had to close my eyes.

Put your phone away and FUCKING WALK!!!

I rented the Streamline dub on VHS a couple of times last century. Never seen the "real" version until now.

Holy shit, it worked! Sorry, I'm just always surprised when a lighting gimmick I try actually functions. Never had luck with anything electrical in my early builds.

The LDP doesn't care if Japan goes to hell, just as long as it's only Japanese people who are going.

Decals and final assembly, then done!

lotta people out here bragging about "training models" but why do that when you can model trains

Looks good, but the wires seem a bit long. Think about how they would fit in the lamp housing if it wasn't broken.

I like how close in pronunciation "influencer" and "influenza" are. Both are annoying, pointless things that can make you feel ill if exposed to them.

If I want marshmallows I have to go to an import shop to buy them.

I work at a job where I cut a lot of vegetables with big, sharp knives. I've shaved off chunks of fingernails many times. You don't get used to it, but you do get over it.

Make stuff. For the love of all that there is, please just keep making stuff! Doesn't matter if it's bad, good etc. Just *keep* making stuff.

Haven't watched this movie in forever (at least 22 years).

ジェフえもん @jefuemon.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

It is. That's why I'm sad at the limited availability.

ジェフえもん @jefuemon.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Sigh. This season is almost finished. 🙁

ジェフえもん @jefuemon.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Got the wash on. Not as heavy as usual, since I'm going for more panel line accenting rather than "man, that's a dirty ship".

I like pointing out to those people that "Starblazers" is included in official Japanese stuff for Yamato 2202.

Macross Plus TAC Name. 2 volumes, no major deviation from the animation, all kanji has furigana, and my favorite version of Sharon.

Well, I think the painting is finally finished. You know, for a battleship, this sure has a lot of windows.

I've said this before, but it's worth repeating. You can't get signed albums if you're only streaming music. Physical media is still superior.

If I went back to high school times (late 80's) I'd be good to go as I am right now. Band t-shirts and jeans never go out of style. (1989 for that pic)

I've been using this for the window paint. I let it sit when done for the day, and just add a few drops if thinner to get it back to paintable status. I love Mr. Color.

Just realized I have them in the desk vertically too, not horizontally. Might make them less inclined to stick together.

020

ジェフえもん @jefuemon.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

I've just got them in the clear file, in a paper envelope, and kept in the bottom drawer of my work desk. Never had any problems with them. 95% of them are Hasegawa.

I don't keep parts, I keep the extra decals. I've got an overflowing A4 size clear folder of them.
