I try not to post too much politics on this account. However I’m a Jack Smith fan - he’s a triathlete, a patriot, intelligent- everything DJT isn’t. Seeing these POS republicans lie during his testimony drives me nuts. They need to be charged with perjury for all the lies. Hate them!

Had thirty minutes for a run before the rain started. Got in a 24.49 5k. Felt great! It’s glorious to finally have cooler temperatures to run in! Pretty muddy though as we’ve had constant rain for close to 2 weeks! Our stream is full!

We‘ve had a bunch of rain the last few days. Running in the rain has been sort of refreshing and very nostalgic of my Oregon days! I‘ve ran a faster pace mostly due to the cooler temperatures, but also don’t want to get caught in a torrential downpour.
